These Terms govern the use of the itsmyList service, which allows users to create, manage, and share gift lists.
2. Service description
itsmyList allows users to:
- create gift lists
- add products via merchant links
- share lists through a private link
- allow others to reserve gifts
The service acts solely as an interface between users and third-party merchant websites.
itsmyList does not sell any products and is not involved in transactions carried out on external websites.
3. Access to the service
Access to the service requires creating an account.
Users may register:
- via a standard registration form
- or through a third-party authentication provider (e.g. Google)
In this case, certain data may be shared by that provider in accordance with its own terms.
4. User accounts
Users agree to:
- provide accurate information
- not impersonate another person
- keep their login credentials confidential
Users are responsible for all activity carried out through their account.
5. How gift lists work
Gift lists created on itsmyList:
- are private by default
- are not indexed by search engines
- are accessible only through a unique link
Users are responsible for sharing this link.
itsmyList cannot be held responsible for unintended or unauthorized sharing.
Deleting a list results in the permanent deletion of all gifts it contains.
6. Gift reservations
Visitors can:
- view a list via its link
- reserve a gift
Reservations are indicative only and do not constitute a binding purchase commitment.
itsmyList does not guarantee product availability.
7. Merchant links and affiliate program
Some links added to gift lists may be converted into affiliate links, particularly for Amazon.
itsmyList may receive a commission if a purchase is made through these links, at no additional cost to the user.
8. Liability
itsmyList shall not be held liable for:
- the content of third-party merchant websites
- product prices or availability
- transactions carried out on external websites
- misuse of the service
9. Account deletion
Users may delete their account directly from their profile at any time.
Deleting an account is permanent and results in the deletion of all associated data, including gift lists and their contents. This action cannot be undone.
itsmyList also reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of abuse or a violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to the Terms
itsmyList may update these Terms at any time.
Users will be informed in case of significant changes.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the country where the service is operated.
